Need Help Automating 100 gallon Water Change

Hi All, I need to hire an experienced DIY'er to automate water my changes.

I have a 92 gallon FOWLR. The sump is in the basement. I'm getting (gotten?) too

old to keep doing it using a manual Python.

I would like to plumb a Python type syphon using a motorized pump, and another pump to refill the tank from my new salt water.

If you have experience with this I'd love to have you take a look, or talk about it. Willing to pay a fair price :)
