You could add more locline, arc it up and then back down, drill the hole under the arc, not a pretty solution but it might work.

That might work, I could install a 90 loc line and then connect the extension.

I could take 1 of the lines and attach this

leaving the top just barely under water. Would I have to do both lines since they come out of a "Y" fitting?

Haven't heard of either of those lights, my assumption is that these fall into a generic category of Chinese LEDs and are probably of very similar build quality.

i have the lumentek pro over my 54 gallon. It is a 1:1 ratio of blue to whites with 129 degree optics on the outside lights for better spread, and 90 degree optics in the middle. It is over a 54 gallon corner tank and lights the whole thing sitting right above the water line maybe 2 inches.

I kinda miss my t5s a little. Objectively they are too white being 1:1. I run mine peaked at 50white/90blue. It gives like a 14k 16k look. They are really strong for sure. Growing sps in my tank near the sand bed. Also being able to ramp up and down in 10 min increments is pretty cool. The out side lights on the reef radiance also have 120 degree optics and 90 on the inside LEDs. I get great spread on my 54 corner with it sitting right over the water. LEDs definitely do the job. But I see myself adding a couple of t5s to help change the spectrum a bit and also to help with coral shading when everything grows in. For the price these light kick butt for sure!

    Any pics Scannel?

I just cant figure what lights to get, after searching/surfing/reading/looking/LOL I found this brand that everyone seems to be buying
http://www.ledzeal.com/p43.html - They will customize whatever LED color you want
    36" fixture is $260
I know I will go with 120 deg optics as the light will be 5" from the water.
There is also the Dsunny fixtures that use no fans?
I guess they all have there pro/cons its just a matter of the $$$

The drilled Loc Line didnt work, maybe because of the "Y" fitting keeping the siphon going.
SO.... I re did the return lines and ran the loc line thru the overflow teeth and it does work so thats a good thing.

    So here is the latest

Here is a surprise that popped up

And this wasnt a happy surprise... Majano Anempne I think.
