    Coral? ID

I apologize for the quality of the pics. Any idea what the purplish gray things are growing in-between these zoas? There seem to be a lot of them, and do not appear to be irritating the zoas in anyway. Just curious as to what what they are. They can and will retract completley, similar to a coral polyp. It looks to me like they have 8 tentacles/petals. octocoral? This is the only place in the tank that I have these. Almost looks like some mutant form of GSP but with out the rubbery base that GSP grows out of. Kind of neat looking actually where there's a bunch of them together.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    A.
