Re: My new 300 gallon starphire SPS tank w/ 125 gallon refugium

I will be spending the next week or so painting the background of the tank and doing the plumbing work. I would also like to spend a few days up to a week on the rock work layout.

ahhhhhh shit he posted the pics, and is ready to finish this project finally. Tim after seeing your old tank and the possibilities you will have with this new tank, i cant wait to see it either. I just loved to look at all your beautiful corals and drool over the growth you get out of them, i can only hope the frags i got turn out to look like yours. Looks like you still have a lot of work ahead of you, but getting to play with all the new equipment is half the fun. Enjoy and see you soon

Thanks for the very nice compliments, 1badbrd! I always enjoyed your visits. I attached a few top down pictures I photographed a few days ago with my Olympus underwater point and shoot camera....nothing fancy but it does take nice pictures for the price.

Wild Acro. This is one of my very first acropora corals. This coral is no longer in my system (I sold it at the 2009 C-SEA swap in Cleveland)
