    You can glue underwater with super glue gel, it just takes a little more effort and glue. The way I do it is place a dot on the coral to be glued above water and quickly dunk it to attach to rock. You have to twist the coral a little once on the rock in order to break the top layer of hardened glue that forms instantly when it touches water.

    "Loc-Tite" super glue in the blue triangular bottle is perfect for a zoa fragging glue...thats what I use
